Two docs by alums featured in Salem film fest
IC at the Salem Film Fest
The 2010 Salem Film Fest is featuring two documentaries by IC's own Jeremy Levine '06 and Landon Van Soest '04. Join IC alumni from the New England area to watch these remarkable films, chat with Jeremy Levine, and catch up at Salem Beer Works.
Good Fortune (www.salemfilmfest.com/all-films/good-fortune) explores how international efforts to alleviate poverty in Africa may be undermining the communities they aim to benefit.
Walking the Line (www.salemfilmfest.com/all-films/walking-the-line)
goes to the U.S.-Mexico border to consider the civilian vigilantes who take the law into their own hands in an effort to keep out immigrants.
Between screenings, the IC group will gather at Salem Beer Works for drinks, snacks, and conversation. Cash bar.
